Oxford 900D Polyester Canvas Bell Tents with a Spacious 4m Diameter Floor Area

The Bell Tent is an ideal Glamping tent. It looks good – it’s classic. It’s very roomy. It’s easy to erect. Just lay the tent out where you want it, peg down the groundsheet, install the centre pole and door frame, then set out the guy ropes.  All done in less than 30-minutes.

Its aerodynamic design means wind noise is kept to a minimum and it remains sturdy in strong gusts.

Oxford 900D Canvas:

These Bell Tents are made from high quality 285gsm Oxford 900D Polyester Canvas. We have gone with the Oxford polyester canvas as it is a stronger fabric than cotton and less susceptible to mold & mildew. It looks the same as cotton canvas, in fact you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. It also weathers well and with regular maintenance & care it will last a lifetime. 

Other Uses:

Use the Bell Tent as a stylish sunshade.  It doesn’t only serve as a classy tent it can be used as a sunshade for outdoor entertaining.  Simply unzip the groundsheet, remove it and roll up the sides. It’s great for birthday parties, school camps, festivals, outdoor weddings or a playhouse for kids.

How about setting the tent up on a semi-permanent basis and rent it out on Airbnb - what a truly unique experience for your paying visitors.

Design:

The Bell Tent was originally designed by Henry Sibley following his research and study of the Native American tepee (tipi) back in 1858. Bell Tents were widely used by the British Army in days gone by, testament to their hard-wearing nature & practical design. Bell Tents today have been thoroughly modernised to include the latest materials and they’re manufactured to the highest of standards.

The simple yet stylish, conical design has evolved over the years to what it is today, a classic, practical tent that can be erected by one person in less than 35 minutes.

Waterproof Bell Tent Tarp/Groundsheet

All our Bell Tents do come with a built-in heavy-duty waterproof floor, but this custom-made waterproof tarp/groundsheet gives extra protection from any hidden sharp objects, will prevent any likelihood of dampness coming through on moist ground, or eliminating stains on the tent floor if you are leaving the tent up on a semi-permanent basis. 

DESCRIPTION: 

• Durable Material: made of strong, tarp material - Polyethylene, high density 120g Waterproof PE fabric construction. 

• Size: 5m or 6m diameter, which lines up perfectly with the same size bell tent. 

• Features: Tarps can be used as a Bell Tent footprint, Tipi footprint, picnic mat and/or for camping. 

• Perfect Fit: this groundsheet has heavy duty eyelets all around that line up with the Bell Tent peg straps
